Basically, you have a tab for each person where you can talk (chat) to them individually and there is also a global tab where your message is sent to everyone. You can talk as much as you want, whenever you want.

You enter your moves below the map. Move, Hold, Support Move, Support Hold and Convoy. They are drop down boxes so it's pretty intuitive. Although, you can still make errors in moves, so don't think it protects you from making mistakes, always double check your orders (for instance make sure you're supports TO and FROM are always want you want and if you do any convoys you'll want to ensure both units orders match up).

When you've finished your orders you can click "Ready" (producing a green check mark) which will lock them in. Once everyone has selected "Ready" the turn will roll regardless of whether the full day and a half has run or not. If you click "Save" (producing the gray check mark) instead, you're moves will be saved, however it will not allow the turn to roll until the full time has run out for the turn. Essentially, you use save if you want to make sure you don't end up missing the turn, but you may be waiting on someone to respond to something, or you think you may change your mind, etc.

Other than that, that's about it! ... I think.
