I see like 6 New Luria Novas on the diplomatic relation information page. What is going on?

Oh yes that. Bug with the secession code. A new realm is trying to form but the action is failing half way through.

Actually it should be fixed, so Bipel can try seceding again.  I think Tim or Tom will need to delete all the extra realm entries though.

I believe that he has already tried to do so since the update but it still failed. (Now there are approximately 9-10 "New Luria Nova's)

So whatever was "fixed" did not get added to the update or otherwise a different bug is not at fault. Or something just went wrong.
