Well I know its not the worlds hardest class or anything being an adventurer but would a system of mentors seperate from the noble system be a bad thing. Since they aren't overly competive with other realm's adventurers from what I have seen and there arent many in a single realm you could do it continent-wide. (I have an idea it could possibly be coded without too much effort though I don't code so am not sure.)
