Jaunelandia! It is neighbouring(well, it is inside) Finland.
I will start conquering Finland soon, then i move towards Sweden which will be looted and burned to the ground... then i buy Estonia.... then i gotta see where to Next.
But shortly, sooner or later you all will be part of Jaunelandia!

So yeah, that answered the question of the thread too.
For those living far away who might not keep track of the countries in Europe or think that Europe itself is a country; Sweden is a part of Scandinavia which is located in northern Europe (still not a country)
