When Dwilight started, the northeast was the happening place. It was the south that was dying of boredom.

• Since when is Terran "south"? They're pretty much center-west.
• When Dwilight started, Terran wasn't even a gleam in your eye. (Or the eye of whoever founded it; I'm afraid I'm not that up on its history.)

The south, when Dwilight started, was Madina and Pian en Luries. Madina, from what I understand, has never been was never a particularly happening place, and Pian, while it did have intrigue and internal politicking, was prone to losing players since we didn't have much in the way of wars most of the time.
