Problem with a secret society

Hi everyone!

Some time ago i created a secret society. I was a duke of a city also. I had to pause and when i came back, i couldnt manage the ranks anymore, nor the new duke of the city who also is member of that guild. I opened a ticket thinking it was a bug or something but i was told that i need to become the founder the guild again. I was told to look for the option in the show secret society ranks, but the option is nowhere to be found.

Any information that might help me to solve this issue?

Are you trying to reclaim it with the same character who founded it, or another character of the same family?

I think i made it work. I reclaimed my rank and now my rank is the highest and seems i have to make the rest of the ranks again.

2012-08-31 00:35:31 Kojiro has reclaimed the empty upper ranks of the society for the current elder members' use.

Yet i cannot switch the rest of the elders place in the guild and i do not appear as the highest member either.

No, "highest current rank" can be different than the special "Founder" rank which is by definition higher than all other ranks if it exists.

it's just he said he's the highest rank... then he said he's not the highest rank.

This is not a DB change needed.

If he cannot reclaim the Founder rank, then that is an issue with the code.

I reclaimed my position and became the highest rank compared to the rest of the members. Yet the highest rank from all (that rank that has a maximun debt of 1000 and is the top one) that i used to have when i founded the guild and before i left, still im not able to get there again,

Opened a ticket days ago and it was closed saying that i need to reclaim my founder status. I dont see any other option to do it, should i open another ticket?

Uh, sure?

Founder rank should not be reclaimed, ever, as it is reserved for the, well, founder. The next highest rank below that is what can be reclaimed. I think.

I certainly "reclaimed" the highest rank after the founder, but i was the one who founded the guild so actually i didnt reclaimed my original rank.

If the founder cant be reclaimed, this means that there will be no longer founder rank available for that secret society?

Correct. So you end up with one less Elder rank. That's really the only disadvantage.

Tom, his character is the founder. He paused and lost his rank, and now says he can't find the link to reclaim it.

Write society boards... - change the motto or any of the three boards.
Manage Ranks... - edit, add or remove ranks
Manage Gathering place... - enlarge or modify this gathering place
Invite new members into the society
Society Members... - view the list of members.
Society Locations... - view the list of gathering places.
Guild Log... - view the society's logfile.
Treasury... - take gold out of or put it into the local treasury.

Show the society ranks

Leave the society - terminate your membership.

Things you can not do:
(none)

In this society, your current rank is Fallen Kami, a senior member rank.
The society currently has 5 members (OOC: 0 are currently paused), and space for a total of 34 members in its 4 gathering places. (Aspirants do not count towards this limit.)
The local treasury contains 350 gold.
