Being captured by patrols when in a region with 15K CS friendly troops?

Just curious as to how this could happen.  There are 16K CS CE troops in Nazia and 15K CS Eston troops doing a takeover there and my character was captured.

Totally possible. There could be 15 CS friendly troops and you would run a risk of being captures. As long as the TO is not complete, the region owner is in control of the region.

My character is far too obsessed with granaries to think of barmaids, their loyalists were obviously disguised as loaves of bread!  Kudos to you CE!
