100 should mean you are the best.  I can see more people being 100 if there is a tie.   Allison has 100 for the Oratory skill and I have not heard of anyone else having that for Oratory on Dwilight.  I know she has been above 80% for a long time so I have to believe that she well over 80%.  On top of that she has a unique item that gives her a very large bonus to Oratory.   As such I doubt there is anyone else with 100 for Oratory.

I'm quite surprised I don't... I have 99. Machiavel's been a priest for years and years. And also an ambassador. Always using the oratory skill.

Actually, I now fully read your message. Machiavel doesn't have an item. That's probably the reason right there you have 100 and I have 99.

I want that item though.

You will never have it, you dirt worshiping elementalist! It is a holy relic of the Bloodstars. We must wage holy crusade on the Aurvanidilians to recover it!

I would have, had Light Rabisu declared a Crusade. He, however, ruled against it. As Light of the Maddening, it's his call.

Constantine has 100 fame for Oratory and no item  8)

Then again apart from Mathurin I think Constantine is Dwilight's oldest continuously serving priest so he's had a long time to earn it.

Convince him to crusade against the faithless!

Dustole said he had 100 skill, then added in the item.

It was only a lighthearted comment  :P Wasn't trying to disparage Dustole's preaching skill or anything.

What's this item of hers, anyways, and isn't she founding some heretic faith in the faithless Aurvandil?

No one can *ever* know for sure what their skill level is at any skill. And after 80%, there's no way to even get an estimate for any skill other than sword or joust. So when someone says "I know my skill is 100%", you know they're just blowing smoke.

It is the Sceptre of the Maddening Star that Allison got from the Zuma and gave to Brance, who eventually gave it back to her. She also got the Forgotten Crown of the Austere Star, which Brance has. An adventurer also got the Illuminated Tome of the Auspicious Star, and gave it to Brance, who then passed it on to someone else. Thus making Brance the only one to ever hold all three items, though not all at once. (The Crown and Sceptre are both accessories, making it impossible to hold all three at once.)

All these were retrieved from the Zuma in echange for an "of the Zuma" item. (I think enough people know this IG that it's really not a secret.)

I know this. I'd still love to know what the actual score of everyone with a fame of 95 and over is. Including my own. :P
