Eh, I won't argue that he's the most talkative that I've seen from Terran. That, and among the most meddlesome, second maybe to the current King of Asylon. 
I am surprised Hireshmont isn't the Ambassador of Terran.. You can't argue that he acted a lot if he was.
And if it was not for him, Barca would have never been part of Dwilight.
