Title: Tab titles on browser windows

Summary: The title that shows on the browser tab at the top of the screen should indicate the tab's content, e.g. Dynamic Map, Orders, Information, etc.

Details: I'm not a web designer, but I imagine this would be very simple to implement.

Benefits: Sometimes when I'm planning my next move, I might have the map open in one tab, scribe reports in another, region info, orders menu, etc. and I frequently toggle back and forth mainly because I have the memory of a goldfish. It would be easier if I could look at the tabs at the top of the screen and instantly know which tab contains the map, which one contains region info, travel menu, etc.

Possible Exploits: None that I can think of.

And here we go, expanding a very simple request that the devs just might add in a free hour into something that takes days to create and thus will never happen.

Don't forget the world-with-ship icon for the sea combat screens! ;)

I like this, and perhaps the little BM world icon could have variants with different types of windows. Like a worldCircle/scroll icon or a worldCircle/map icon for scribe reports and world maps respectively.

Perhaps when writing letters there could be an indication of the recipient in the tab name.

Why would you add this to the feature request, it is dumb and a waste of time

Let's just stick to the original request please? D:

Also, I've noticed that there are many people on Battlemaster who've never heard of the term "feature creep". Thus they keep trying to "improve" an idea until it grows into this over-complicated monster that would take forever to code into the game.

QuoteDiscussions in this board are for the benefit of the dev team, and will only work if they are constructive, positive and focussed. For that purpose, the following rules will be strictly enforced:

constructive
No insults, personal vendettas or pet-topics. If your comment does not help in either judging or fleshing out a feature, then you shouldn't post it.

positive
Don't be negative. If you don't like something, say so calmly, in a neutral tone and with reasons.

focussed
Stay on the feature that is actually being discussed. Do not branch off into some related topic. If you think you absolutely have to (e.g. because two things strongly interact), start a new topic and post a single comment with a link there.
It also means to not take the original request and mutilate it beyond recognition. Don't add 200 other ideas and the kitchen sink to someone else's proposal. If you want to completely change an idea, start a new topic and link to the original one.

So is this feature being considered?

I think it's in the "this is a decent idea, good to have, now is anyone going to put in the time to do it" state.
