Outer Tilog is the best realm I've ever been in. My char once a famous perdan hero and commander for the PSF decided "screw you all I'm going."
He got hit by something 'heavy' during the ship journey and dumped in Outer Tilog. Where he lived his life as a loony drunken Cavalry commander who used sheep instead of horses and big planks or threes to use in battle. And everybody was very accepting.....Outer Tilog is different 
Sound like he should have ended up in Makar instead...
