Can someone please explain how thing with roads works?
- What are all conditions of roads? (good, bad, etc.)
- What affect those conditions to decrese/increase them?
- Who can repair roads? (noone, any noble, region lord, some specific class, etc.)
- How to repair roads? (if possible)
