Estate estimates for new characters tweak

Alright, so I decide to make a character on the colonies. I haven't been there in ages, so I try to pick whatever estate offers the highest income. I find it, estimated 260 gold per week! Awesome!

I pick the realm, create the character, then decide to look around, just to confirm.

With the current production in the region and the efficiency of your estate, assuming everything stays this way, you can expect a weekly tax income of about 256 gold, of which you will have to give 128 gold to the region lord, leaving you with 128 gold of personal income.

Bummer, half of that is taxed away! Pretty sure I could have found better elsewhere.

I propose that, on the character creation page, the lord's share be deducted from the expected income, so that the player really knows what to expect. Huge difference between 260 gold and 128...
