Link to region info when a RC is built

Title says it all. Instead of

New Recruitment Center   
message to all nobles of the Realm
A new Infantry center has been constructed in [Region X]

we would have

New Recruitment Center   
message to all nobles of the Realm
A new Infantry center has been constructed in {A link to[Region X]}

It's simple, (I assume it would be) easy to put it, and it would allow me to keep two precious, precious seconds every time I use it. What's not to love?

Even better, what about just reporting the RC stats in the message themselves. I'm revamping it to do exactly that.
