If not I think something is wrong with the hours I'm getting in prison.

I'm relatively confident, without actually checking, that you do lose hours when tortured.

Yes, you do. That's why people often torture infiltrators, to prevent them from escaping before they can be executed.

Is that how that effect manifests? I thought it was more like just a status applied? (Which I suppose could also have hour loss as a consequence.)
