Hello guys, This is the Warchief family player... I am back after years and years of activity, but I can't seem to login
Reset password doesn't work either because it won't accept my name and email...
If u check my previous posts u will know I am indeed the Warchief player... help please anyone thank you!

When did you last login?

In an older version of BM, inactive accounts where deleted after several months and after several warning e-mails to the e-mail you signed up with.

I for one do not find your family in the backend.
I am more than sure that if you PM an Administrator (Anaris or Ethan Lee Vita) with the e-mailaddress you use, they will be able to help you more and/or confirm if your account still exists.

Indeed, as Wimpie explained, your family was deleted from lack of activity. This has since been changed and anyone who plays at least three months will no longer be deleted for inactivity. Sorry for your loss. I'm on my third family myself, once having had a nice, lovely 4-digit family ID. Alas... :(

Please create a new family to build new memories. :)
