Almost wish I hadn't deleted my Beluaterra character now. What's happening to my beloved Latlan? Isn't it about five or six regions deep inside the Blight?

Artemesia popped on IRC and we figured out what happened.

Latlan is now properly blighted again, and no one is its Duke.
