New female characters start with an extra 10% skill in cooking and in cleaning.
That's only for adventurers. Noblewomen, on the other hand, and are not expected to do any sort of work. They instead gain experience in the
Knee to Groin skill, which they use in case any man should be so crass as to suggest she work like a dirty commoner. They have
servants for that sort of thing, y'know.
