I just want to know max level of rc in badland, rural, woodland, mountain, townsland, city and stronghold. I  know that we only can enlarge rc to level 2 in woodland. But other region?

well looking around the wiki, rural, badland and woodland can expand to level 2.. the max level is level 4, right?

Other: 2, 50 men.

Fort of city max level 5 but fortress is level 8. So maybe fortress can accept level 6 rc?

you are talking about something way different, and strongholds can have fortifications up to 10 (almost practically impossible though)

Max size of RC is 4, period, and that is in both city and stronghold. Townsland is 3. Everything else is 2.

8 is not the maximum level of fortification in a stronghold.

So that is the fact.. Thank for answering my question. But, anyone can tell me how must i pay to enlarge Rc to level 2,3 and 4.. I has enlarge one cavarly rc in city and cost me 300 gold (just enlarge to level 2)..

The amount is variable, based on the number and size of existing RCs. If the region has only one RC, and it is size 1, then increasing it to size 2 if relatively cheap. But if you already have three others at size 4, then taking that fourth center from 1 to 2 is going to be pretty expensive.
