Title: Realm Wide Production Boost for Tournament Hosts

Summary: When a realm hosts a tournament all regions of that realm gain a small productivity boost.

Details: As soon as a realm clicks the "Announce Tournament" button (or whatever that button is called), all regions of that realm gain a small productivity boost (much like region investments). This boost in productivity lasts until one week after the tournament. The size of the boost depends on how extravagant the tournament is (how much money was put into it). The productivity boost is a result of the increased peasant activity and the influx of foreigner spending within the realm.

Benefits: As things stand, the realms benefit little by hosting tournaments and they are typically used to demonstrate a realms power/wealth. Gold is spent and chances are that the money will end up in another realm. The cost of tournaments alone might deter realms form hosting them. This turns tournaments into a kind of national investment. If played right a realm can gain a majority or even all their gold back through increased production. This change might also cause tournaments to be held more often.

Possible Downsides or Exploits: If the numbers are not tuned right (something the Devs would have to determine), a realm could get earn an unbalanced amount of additional income. If there is a way to host multiple tournaments in a single realm at one time (not sure if that is possible), the production bonus might add up quickly.
