Almost wish I hadn't deleted my Beluaterra character now. What's happening to my beloved Latlan? Isn't it about five or six regions deep inside the Blight?

Yes, it is. And somehow Ramuh Artemesia has managed to become Duke of Latlan.

Artemesia popped on IRC and we figured out what happened.

Latlan is now properly blighted again, and no one is its Duke.
