FWIW - Louis XIV had all the barrels of the cannons cast during his reign stamped with the phrase: "Ultima Ratio Regum". Translates as "The Last Argument of Kings". Unfortunately, the phrase "Ultima Ratio Regum" is already used as the name of a game.

Thing is, any title like that just makes me think of the one of many bad browser games with names like that.

After going through this again, and looking up some things via Google, here's a list of likely names that seem to not belong to a game or such like already.
Why "likely"? Because I might be working on a side-project that is in need of a name. So tell me which ones you like for a game like BattleMaster, but with more freedom, and a larger scale:
