Bar Noble
Summary:
A region lord can Bar a noble from their service. This prevents any noble on the Barred Noble list of that region from taking an estate of that region.
Details:
The lord has the option "Bar Noble" under the region command section. Upon clicking the link, the lord is provided with a list of nobles to select from. Only a single noble can be selected at a time. The lord selects a noble and clicks "OK." The selected noble is then added to the Barred Nobles list. Nobles on the Barred Nobles list of a particular Region can not take an estate in that region. Barring a noble costs 5 gold and requires 6 hours.
The lord also has a "Remove Bars" option. Upon clicking the link they are provided a list of currently barred nobles. Any number of nobles can be selected. The lord then clicks "OK." All selected nobles are freely and immediately removed from the Barred Nobles list of that region.
Benefits:
Gives Lords greater control of there region with less micro management.
Provides a possible option to the quick banishment of inactive characters.
If a lord kicks a knight but the knight does not agree, the knight can reclaim the estate and the lord has to kick again. This can then become a race as the knight tries to reclaim the estate just before tax day and the lord tries to kick the knight right before turn change. The lord could remove the estate but this would prevent other nobles, more desirable to the lord, from taking up service.
