I understand that adventurer gear limits the application of one's skills, so an adventurer with high swordsmanship but low combat gear cannot fight to the best of his ability. However I was wondering about the exact relationship between the gear and skill.
For example if I have 15% skill does that mean anything less that 15% gear is limiting? or are the percentage not supposed to match exactly?
