Let's hunt monsters until she can at least clothe herself modestly.

(we may be male, but she should have the normal female modesty...)

After searching the area for 2 hours, following trails and noises, you finally encounter a large group of monsters.
You notice that they have a leader, an alpha monster, a really big and ugly one, whatever you want to call it.
The battle rages, you against the monsters. Your blows land true and you strike most of them down, while a few manage to flee.
The big one is the last to fall, but after an exhausting fight you manage to take him down, too.
In the lair of the big one, you find treasures worth a total of 2 gold, 3 silver.
You also find a unique item among the loot, the "Daemonic Jacket of the Kings".

:o Woooaaahhh....Score.

Level 4. Brina Da Hadez offers to buy, and Leia offers to sell at 10 gold and a rec. Yeah, I know, really cheap...Meh. Unique items aren't my goal here anyway. Portal stones are!

Pic...? Like...

Nah, you draw one with her wearing it.

By the way... 10 gold?  Are you kidding?  A worn down unique item at 40% condition with +1 prestige in a poor realm is worth more than that... :P  Demand at least 50 gold, if not 200+, I mean it's a +2 at perfect condition.

No price offered. Do the Beamers want Leia to haggle or something?

Yep haggle and my post before the edit was a lie sorry Artemesia. :)

A recommendations probably covers the cost. Its one step before becoming a true noble!

No harm in trying to haggle thought. 50 gold is, after all, a penance to any noble and could go a long way in Leia's fight against the evil Zimbats.

Though that is true in theory, any noble who wants a Unique Item will normally offer/give a recommendation if he/she wants return service, i.e. repairs. ;)

Thus, Beamer Foundation says haggle until you get a decent price. ;)

Note to all the Beamers: This LP ends when:

1. Leia dies.

2. Leia becomes a noble.

3. Leia collects 8 portal stones or however many, and opens them somewhere.

That said, here's a pic. Recall that Leia still doesn't have a shirt...So bear that in mind when clicking the link. No actual nudity though.

Note that was done after Foundation requested a drawing, and in addition to me not being an actual artist...don't expect quality.

Don't worry, Artemesia.  It's looking pretty good.  Nice jacket. ;)

Great, so Leia now has 55 gold 9 silver. For an adventurer, I guess that's a lot.

Foundation

Unless you're an advy who sells unique items for 200+ gold apiece. ;)
