The only certainty about Melhed is that it is uncertain. Which reminds me, need to bribe more senators :P

I wish we were closer so we could bribe our own. :(

Bribing our Senators is a waste of gold as the Consula dissolved the Senate.  :P

*starts to sing*: "The final countdown"

Either Melhed has changed or a rebellion must be brewing :P
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice; In practice, there is.

Its the same old Melhed. Now instead of having the Senate arguing and bickering about everything we have everyone arguing and bickering about everything instead. Its about like before except it will take even longer to get anything done.

Nosferatus

There only small groups of nobles clustered together.
There will never be a sucsesful rebellion if there would be any.

where did you get that?
There is indeed a discusion about jyl but none of the options is for just giving passage rights to NA.
And yes, Melhed can't decide, that is why in the recent election it was voted upon to make some changes in order to act faster.

all the mess and misunderstandings and crazy characters around make it actually alot of fun in my opinion.

It is quite fun to bitch at other people, especially Angelo. Hate that character with a passion! Playing a female has it's fun.

hey you gusy Shae has not been jousted of her consula seat (yet)!
It's a miracle!

Melhed is really a mess now without preator, its almost like anarchy.

Cause we're waiting for the next elections rather than turn Melhed against each other by protesting Shae out of Consula.

I also don't think this peace treaty will pass. Melhed has been riled up and smacked in the face enough to finally want to do something about it and now the Consula decides to go classic Melhed on us. Makes for a bad re-election platform.

And frigging undead everywhere.

I've noticed a bit of a resurgence, mostly through word of mouth. Are they starting to appear out of the blight in greater numbers than previously? There was a while when there was hordes of them, but then they kind of tapered off for months... If they are starting to grow in number again, one has to wonder why...

I think it would be a very interesting idea for a fifth invasion if rather than the invaders suddenly showing up out of the blue, they just started slowly creeping out of the blight in larger and larger numbers. I wonder how long it would take everyone to realize what was happening and start to respond. How many realms might be critically weakened before that happened?

Nosferatus

As a player i don't think anything is happening, it's just coincidence, confirmation bias what ever.
But of course, every little sign gets us Beluaterrans on our toes.
