Now that we've come to boasting and stuff, Ghaundan has been at 100 for some time now. That meant that he is between the top orators like Machiavel, wasn't it?

I decided to check what my Oratory fame would be without the +12% skill from my unique item.  Allison is still at 100 without the item.
