1. If the situation continues as it is, then I think the Granaries should be present in the banker reports. There isn't much of a reason to not have them readily seen if they are also found elsewhere but that just takes more time and effort. This way, the banker can quickly see which regions will have food rot, and which reasons won't. He can them blame lords for losing food that don't listen to him, and harm the realm. This gives some internal conflict possibilities.

2. I still feel that although the new changes have made the trading system a lot more interesting, that the entire position of banker is utterly useless right now. They can't do anything and it certainly isn't fun to hold a position where everyone is either blaming you for not having food (which isn't really under your control) or ignoring you completely because your realm has a giant surplus. Ever since the Banker's lost the ability to micromanage the food of a realm (so the lords wouldn't have to), they entirely lost their meaning for existence in my opinion. If you want lords to HAVE to worry about food, then don't even bother with a banker. The lords will have to worry about it anyway, and lords don't even have to contact the banker anymore to find out where to sell food, as they can simply post an offer, and any old trader can fix it for them.
