I'll leave the specifics of "we" unsaid, but there are possibilities... We, meaning the rulers of Coria and the North... We, meaning those in Coria who knew about it... You get the idea.
It's cool with me, I'll take all the OOC flak for it and hope I can continue to hold my faith in people keeping OOC and IC separate. Call it an experiment.
