Thanks to my current time off, I started reading the forums again. It's probably a terrible idea, but I thought I'd chip in a couple since I'm working on year... 7? of BM now. ... ... ... Is there some kind of counseling for this?

Anyway. I think my favorite might be a few years back. Tom and the Titans were angry about something, and so they started cracking down on the different continents, ranging from no Titan interference, all the way to Atamara, which was a single complaint could lightning bolt an entire community. And then nothing happened. Everything was just business as usual, and no one even said anything about it. It was weird, but funny. And so I learned that Atamara just doesn't care.

Or that time Ziode, Gul'Dan, and Conan argued in a complete circle for 3 hours. ... Never again.

I remember watching a Soliferum noble buy a region (costs a couple thousand family gold) only to have it revolt from their control 2 days later.

Cius/Night Hawk "courted" Keiichi Hyral for a few months, which was really just him helping her sneak out so they could get hammered at a bar.

Atamara also had - I can't remember his name - the excessively flamboyant artist! Anyone remember him? Always walking around with his naked menservants and doing artwork (flag and emblem designs) for the players? I miss some of the old days...

Yes!! Is he still playing? I haven't done much on Atamara in a while :P I think Dafayo was a hilarious shock character at first, but he grows on you.

He hasn't played for a long time. He popped back in once or twice, then disappeared for good quite some time ago.

That's a shame. I also remembered he had a girl tattooed entirely green that played on FEI for a while.

Yeah, the whole Vashmere "family" quite a source of fun and conflicts at least in Atamara. I believe Dafayo was mostly active around Eston, that university stuff or something. Good times.

Allthough I think Vatticus was one of the most entertaining characters. At the beginning he simply went from realm to realm, pissing people up trying to get every realm to ban him. Eventually he came to Darka and lurked in the countryside hunting monsters as "Dog of Darka".
