Thats the point the cubicles don't have doors so if the door is open for the manager then the close ones can hear everything the manager says so the manager would close the door.

I prefer the latter, its more of a roleplay stat in my mind. Do they have that character roleplaying someone evil or is it someone good. The negating is good because some people might do something that is evil but looks like a good thing to do. Or if a player is know for betrayal they will have lots of evil. Another scenario is a duke/lord combo doesn't get himself a giant unit but spreads the wealth among more than just his knights perhaps giving his entire tax away to help the army during a refit would earn him good marks showing he is a kind character.

Thats interesting. I have actually heard the first message several times before in english which makes sense in some ways because another thing which is true is that most won't go to war if they are if they are too afaid for of their enemy. So if you make yourself more powerful than your enemy they will not attack you but if you are weak they have no fear of you and thus will attack creating war.  Thanks for translating that.

I can see how having huge armies is good and bad to prepare war. Good because they will be well trained and cohesive, plus you don't have to worry about having enough gold to buy a bunch of soldiers right when war starts. Bad because it is harder to make new fortifications and good recruitment centers if your unit is so expensive you spend a ton just to maintain it not leaving much for other things.

I dont see it that way as toon is just a shortened version of cartoon which isn't necessarily bad.
